To protect public health and hygiene, intimate apparel, underwear, and lingerie are non-returnable and non-refundable items. Additionally, all personalized custom products are uniquely customized according to each customer’s personal requirements, which cannot be resold. Therefore, we strictly enforce the following return regulations.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
We do not support returns or refunds under the following conditions:
• No quality damage, defective, or shipping broken problems.
• Personal preference issues, such as size unsuitable, color difference, style dislike.
• Customer mistakenly placed orders.
• Completed personalized customized products.
Qualifications for Return or Refund
We only accept returns or refunds if you receive obvious product quality damage, broken stitching, defective fabric, or incorrect customized content caused by our production error.
Return Application Process
If you receive defective goods, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after package delivery. You need to provide clear photos or videos of the defective area. After we confirm the problem, we will provide refund, replacement, or corresponding compensation solutions.
Final Decision Right
All return and refund applications are subject to our official review. We reserve the final interpretation right of this return policy.
